About

Tiny Teeth Industries is Scott McKeon. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University at Buffalo before establishing himself as a professional photographer, working with studios and various clients early in his career. He later transitioned into a career in software engineering, putting photography on hold before eventually returning to it as a purely creative pursuit. After spending a decade living in New York City, he now lives and works in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, son, and two cats. The recent resurgence of street photography drew him back to the craft, reigniting an interest that had been quietly waiting. His work is shaped by the photographers who came before him — the cinematic loneliness of Todd Hido's suburban nightscapes, the restless American eye of Robert Frank, and the layered, color-saturated chaos of Alex Webb's street compositions. What draws him in is the unguarded moment — people living their lives without noticing the camera. He is transfixed by the way strong saturated colors can make you feel inexplicably warm. He is fascinated by the way light behaves at night, how it glows and shifts and makes ordinary streets feel like somewhere else entirely. These days, he mostly walks around, takes pictures, and stops at a lot of coffee shops.
